| Original hand-colored John Gould Hummingbird print. Plate #39 (Wellfleet) Belted Hermit and Bishop Hermit. Rare, two bird species on one print. Full folio sheet about 15" x 22" from the 1849-1861 Monograph of the Trochilidae by John Gould. Excellent condition with a few unobtrusive marks (It is NOT foxing, probably ink specks) and very light marginal toning.
